AuroPro helps school accounts teams organise fee records in a local Windows workspace. The public v7.2.4 release displays amounts in Ghana cedis (GHS), making its current finance workflow relevant to schools working in Ghana.

Configure fee schedules, create student bills and record payments against school records. Staff can review outstanding balances and issue school-branded receipts. A history of payment corrections helps authorised users understand changes to the records.
Recording a payment in AuroPro is a bookkeeping action. The reviewed release is not advertised as a card or mobile-money checkout, and entering a payment does not itself transfer money from a parent.
A practical fee-record workflow
Prepare the school and student records
Check the academic period, student details and fee schedule before creating bills. Agree who may enter and correct payments.
Record the collection
Select the relevant student bill and record the amount collected. Check the resulting balance before issuing a receipt.
Give the guardian a receipt
Use the supported PDF or printable HTML receipt output. Check the school identity and payment details on a sample before routine use.
Review balances and corrections
Compare the recorded collections with the school's actual payment records. Review outstanding amounts and retain supporting records for corrections.
Optional payment confirmation SMS
Payment alerts can be prepared for guardian numbers on student records. Automatic sending requires a configured Arkesel or Hubtel account, approved sender details and SMS credit. Provider charges are separate. A provider accepting a message is not confirmation that the guardian received it.
Confirm the supported outstanding-fee reminder workflow with AURO for your installed release. Automatic fee-reminder dispatch was not confirmed in the reviewed v7.2.4 package.
What to check during your trial
Use fictional student data to test a bill, a partial payment, a receipt, an outstanding balance and a correction. Review account permissions and restore a test backup before relying on the system for live financial records.
