AuroPro brings student admission details and daily attendance into the school office's Windows workspace. Organised records help authorised staff find the right student, maintain contact details and review attendance information.
Start with a useful student record
Maintain admission identifiers, student profiles, guardian contacts, photos, classes and streams. Check details with the school’s approved records before entering live information. Printable student profiles provide a way to review the information outside the data-entry screen.
Collect only the information the school needs and decide who should be allowed to see it. Exported profiles and printed registers need the same care as the records held on the school computer.
Record and review daily attendance
The desktop workflow supports daily attendance, corrections and summaries. Configure classes, streams and the academic period first, then check that each student appears in the appropriate class register. Agree a routine for reviewing missing entries and correcting mistakes.
Teacher responsibilities can be granted for particular classes, streams, responsibilities, academic years and terms. Linking a staff profile to an account alone does not grant access. Review permissions when assignments change.
Using an Android phone in the classroom
The separate v7.3.1 Teachers Hub pilot adds assigned-class attendance through a compatible Windows school service. Phones connect over the same trusted school Wi-Fi network; the school computer must remain awake and the service must be running. The public v7.2.4 desktop trial does not include this connected setup.
The pilot also includes learning assignments, text submissions and teacher communication workflows. Mobile exam-mark entry, offline queues and live internet synchronisation are not advertised for this pilot. Real-phone validation and production release preparation remain necessary.
A sensible classroom pilot
Prepare a demonstration class
Use fictional students and confirm the class, stream and term before connecting phones.
Check teacher access
Verify that an assigned teacher can use the intended records and cannot access another class's restricted records.
Check the saved register
Record sample attendance and confirm that the school office sees the saved entries.
Test a connection interruption
Confirm what the phone shows when the service is unavailable. Do not assume an unsent update has been saved.
