How the connection works

Local operation is not the same as having no network.

The Desktop can perform supported central functions without continuous internet. Mobile Hubs normally need the school’s local Wi-Fi to communicate with the Desktop service.

  1. Install AuroPro Desktop

    The licensed Windows application runs on the designated school computer.

  2. Connect the trusted school network

    Approved Teachers Hub and Master's Hub devices connect through the school Wi-Fi.

  3. Run daily school operations

    Administrators manage permitted student, academic, attendance, finance and reporting work locally.

  4. Confirm saved work away from Wi-Fi

    Ask AURO to document the permitted offline scope and duration for the installed release.

  5. Confirm reconnection handling

    Ask AURO to demonstrate synchronization, authorization checks and error handling for supported queued work.
